Philip brings 35 years of experience developing data solutions across industries. He applies technology to practical solutions that improve services and communities. He holds an Associate of Theology from Christ for the Nations Institute, completing mission work in Brazil and Argentina. He earned a Database Administration certificate from SAIT Polytechnic and a Master of Christian Studies from Ambrose University. He is pursuing a Doctor of Theology. His vision for PNEUMA integrates humanitarianism, infrastructure, education, healthcare, agriculture, and social services to meet community needs.

Tannis brings 25+ years in education, leadership development, and inclusive learning practices. She holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and Administration from Gonzaga University, specializing in school administration and professional development, and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta. As a classroom teacher, learning leader, and mentor, she has developed professional learning initiatives and supported diverse learners. Her expertise in leadership, communication, education, and collaborative development strengthens PNEUMA’s programs, governance, and community initiatives.

Joseph brings over 35 years of leadership experience in business, organizational development, disaster recovery, and community service. He founded Polar Clean, LLC, a national industrial services provider, and served as Co-Founder and President of First Response Disaster Restoration Specialists. Joseph holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior Management from the University of Notre Dame and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Ball State University. His expertise in leadership, organizational strategy, entrepreneurship, and servant ministry strengthens PNEUMA’s governance and sound stewardship.

Aaron brings over 25 years of international ministry, humanitarian, and community development experience. He is Founder and CEO of Charis Project and Director of Shade Tree Foundation, organizations dedicated to protecting children and strengthening families through education and hope. Aaron has led initiatives across Thailand, Myanmar, India, Nepal, Mexico, Hong Kong, Indonesia, the Navajo Nation, Vancouver, and San Diego. He combines academic prowess with practical ways for education and community building. His work directly supports PNEUMA through education, service, and compassionate care.

Anthony brings over 20 years of experience in education, pastoral ministry, and Christian leadership. He serves as an Associate Chaplain at Piedmont Hospital and has taught theology in high school, undergraduate, and graduate levels, including as Dean of Vocations, Chair of Theology, and Professor at Grace Theological Seminary. Anthony holds a Master of Arts in Theology and Ministry from La Salle University and is pursuing a Doctor of Theology. His expertise in biblical studies, church history, pastoral care, and formation supports PNEUMA through practical instruction, leadership, and service.

Mark brings over 20 years of experience in pastoral ministry, theological education, chaplaincy, and spiritual care. He serves as a Chaplain with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, providing pastoral leadership, discipleship, trauma-informed care, and religious services while safeguarding religious rights. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oklahoma State University, a Master’s in Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary, and is pursuing a Doctor of Ministry. His expertise in biblical teaching, pastoral leadership, and spiritual care strengthens PNEUMA’s humanitarian initiatives.
